Specialising in relationships - whether with a partner, family, or yourself - I help you navigate challenges, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
My approach is intuitive and holistic, blending Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnosis, mindfulness, and creative expression through art. I believe true transformation happens when we address the mind, body, and emotions together. Drawing on the wisdom of different belief systems, philosophy, and the grounding power of nature, I create a therapeutic experience tailored to your unique journey.
